Partners

We understand that unemployment is not just about being out of work; the causes and impact of worklessness are wide and varied and can often lead to a cycle of deprivation. Breaking this cycle in the pursuit of meaningful and sustainable employment requires an approach which is personal to each individual.

Working Together

Providing such a wide and varied service is not possible for any single organisation, but we have found that a single organisation working in partnership with a range of specialist supplier partners, can oversee and co-ordinate the support required to initiate lasting changes.

Our partnership model is underpinned by a desire to ensure that our interventions have a sustainable impact: We believe in being active members of the local community and have built excellent links with local strategic stakeholders including Job Centre Plus, Skills Funding Agency, Local Authorities, Local Strategic Partnerships and voluntary sector organisations.

We are also proud to work in partnership with esg, G4S and Serco in the delivery of the government's flagship welfare to work contract, the Work Programme.

These partnerships play a vital role in mapping into, rather than duplicating existing local provision, opportunities and services. They also support us in defining the needs of the job seeker and local community, ensuring our services are responsive in meeting these needs.

We share learning and best practise with local voluntary organisations to enhance their capacity to deliver employability support services whilst working with them to share the delivery of mainstream and larger contracts.

In pooling together local organisations, we deliver a collective approach to issues that result in worklessness; encompassing childcare and youth welfare, learning and skills, health issues or debt. This model enhances the core customer journey and ensures that whether delivered by us, our subcontractors or their partners, we can continue to collectively provide a flexible and people focused service, that is responsive to and supportive of, individual customer and labour market needs.
